We see ELON MUSK, a billionaire tech entrepreneur, sitting in a sleek, minimalist living room. He looks tired and stressed.

ELON: (to himself) How did I let this happen? I'm a billionaire, for God's sake. Why am I living in a rented apartment?

The doorbell rings and ELON gets up to answer it.

ELON: (opening the door) Hey, thanks for coming.

We see a real estate agent, JENNA, standing at the door.

JENNA: (smiling) Of course, Mr. Musk. I understand you're in need of a new place to live?

ELON: (nodding) Yeah. I've been renting this place for a while now, but I need something more permanent.

JENNA: (excited) Well, I have the perfect place for you. It's a brand new, state-of-the-art mansion in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city.

ELON: (impressed) That sounds great. Let's take a look.

INT. LUXURY MANSION - DAY

We see ELON and JENNA walking through a grand, opulent home. ELON looks around in awe.

ELON: (to JENNA) This is amazing. I could definitely see myself living here.

JENNA: (smiling) I'm glad you like it. The owners are asking for a very high rent, but I'm sure we can negotiate something.

ELON: (shocked) Rent? You mean I can't just buy this place?

JENNA: (nodding) Unfortunately, the owners are only interested in renting it out. They're not looking to sell.

ELON: (disappointed) I see.

JENNA: (trying to console him) But think about it, Mr. Musk. With rent, you have the flexibility to move around as you please. You're not tied down to one property.

ELON: (sighs) I suppose you're right. I'll take it.

JENNA: (excited) Great! I'll get the paperwork started right away.

ELON: (smiling) Thank you, Jenna.
